Computer Mediated Learning
The electrical training ALLIANCE reaches beyond the textbook, incorporating advanced technology in all aspects of training. Blended learning enables students to continue training remotely, bridging the gap between an apprenticeship and learning in the classroom.
Hands On LABS
Each apprentice is provided with trade-related classroom training that produces competency and pride that lead to true craftsmanship. Quite often, local training committees provide special classes with hands-on training to support classroom lectures and discussions.
On the JoB Training
As an apprentice, you will work year-round for electrical contractors, As you learn by doing, you are paid directly by the contractor with whom you are employed. You receive guaranteed promotion and pay raises. You are required 8,000 hours training on the job.
